Ultrasound imaging uses high-frequency sound waves to produce live images of organs, tissues and blood flow inside the body. At Dr. Anand's Diagnostic, we operate state-of-the-art 3D/4D ultrasound systems that offer exceptional resolution for obstetric, abdominal, pelvic, thyroid, breast and musculoskeletal studies.
Our 4D ultrasound provides real-time moving images — especially valuable during pregnancy to monitor fetal growth, detect anomalies early and provide expecting parents a detailed view of their baby. All studies are reported by experienced radiologists with same-day reports available.

We perform whole-abdomen, obstetric, pelvic, thyroid, breast, scrotal and small-parts ultrasound. Our facility offers Doppler studies to assess blood flow in vessels, organs and the fetal circulation, helping clinicians detect conditions such as deep vein thrombosis, renal artery stenosis and placental insufficiency.
Preparation varies by the type of scan. For abdominal ultrasound, fasting for 4–6 hours is required. For pelvic scans, a full bladder is needed. For obstetric scans, no special preparation is usually required. Our team will guide you at the time of booking.
Yes. Ultrasound uses sound waves, not radiation, making it completely safe for both the mother and the baby at all stages of pregnancy. It is the preferred imaging method for monitoring fetal development.
Most ultrasound examinations take 20–40 minutes. Detailed fetal anomaly scans or Doppler studies may take slightly longer. Reports are typically ready within a few hours.
